• Benefits and effects to the client and the therapist
• Contra-indications
• Aftercare and homecare
• Care and cleansing of the stones and heater
• Chakras & Auras
• Techniques to avoid
• Preparation of the client and skin prior to treatment
• Connection with the client
• Treatment routine with hot and cold stones
• Marketing Hot Stone Reflexology

Course requirements...

Students must hold a recognised Reflexology certificate e.g. ITEC, VTCT, C & G.

Students will be awarded a Diploma in Hot Stone Reflexology from ‘The Holistic Academy’ and will be able to update their insurance with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. CPD points will also be given.

• Light refreshments throughout the day
• All equipment will be provided for your use during the practical sessions

The workshop will be mostly practical and students are asked to wear their appropriate uniform for the duration of the course.

The cost of the course is £120.  If you require a stone kit and heater, The Holistic Academy can advise you on places where you can purchase them at a reasonable cost.
